Introduction Alcohol use disorder is a real public health problem in the world, it consists of pathological mode consumption which characterized by loss control and craving. Depressive alcohol are among most frequent mental pathologies often associated. The links between these two disorders can be several types: Induced Disorders, Primary Disorders Secondary Dependence. They also have two-way relationships or favored common factors. Objectives objective our work to analyze causal depression. Methods provide an update via clinical vignettes review literature relationship depression Results dependence psychiatric types not mutually exclusive: primary dependence, secondary disorders, induced alcohol.
